Due to the high number of orders passing through the network, we are seeing a higher number of delivery delays than usual.
Our warehouse are working around the clock to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible, however if delays are experienced we ask our customers to be patient and understanding. Stock
We are working hard to ensure good stocks of all products, but we are experiencing restrictions on the transit of some goods from overseas. In many cases, we can advise on alternative products, but we do ask our customers to be understanding where this is not the case.Click and Collect
Our absolute priority is the safety of our customers and staff, so in line with current recommendations, we have taken the decision to close our Hertford Click and Collect counter for the immediate future. All our delivery services will continue as usual but please bear with us if there are delays!

We have ensured that all staff members have access to the information and equipment they need to stay healthy and continuously keep a high level of hygiene.
