The biOrb LIFE 60 is supplied as a coldwater aquarium. It is suitable for fancy goldfish or small temperate fish. Tropical fish can be kept with the addition of a biOrb Heater Pack or our Intelligent Heater.The larger size of the biOrb LIFE 60 makes it ideal for keeping larger and more advanced species of fish, this makes it the natural choice of anyone looking for a Marine biOrb set up.Like all biorbs, the biOrb LIFE 60 uses special ceramic media to provide biological filtration, which has a surface area equivalent to the size of a football pitch. Any excess waste is collected and held in a filter cartridge at the base of the biOrb.To maintain your biOrb LIFE all you need to do is simply replace the filter cartridge every four weeks and change a third of the water.

MCR Lighting

Now you can enjoy the magic of multi-coloured lighting in your biOrb at the touch of a button. Simply choose your favourite colour or scroll through the entire spectrum of light

What's more, it is an automatic setting which simulates a natural light cycle for your fish. An inbuilt timer phases the light through a 24 hour period from daylight to moonlight and back again. Simply choose from the 8, 10 and 12 hour daylight settings and the MCR light will do the rest. You can leave it running 24/7, so if you are late home or away on holiday your fish's routine is not disturbed.
