Just got the Sicce XStream...
Sicce XStream 3500 Stream Pump
Just got the Sicce XStream 3500 for my 250L tank, and I'm already loving it. Right off the bat, the quality of this pump struck me, it actually looks and feels premium. Setting it up was a breeze, which is a huge plus because I'm not the most patient person when it comes to fiddling with aquarium gear.
But here's the kicker: it's so quiet! I've had pumps before that sounded like a freight train next to my tank lol, but the XStream 3500 is whisper quiet. It's doing a fantastic job creating just the right amount of surface movement, making my aquarium look more lively and, more importantly, helping keep the water oxygenated for my african cichlids.
All in all, I'm super pleased with this purchase. It's a solid piece of kit, does its job and was easy to get up and running.
My initial introduction to Sicce dates back to 2001. At that time, I acquired my very first fish tank, a Sicce-manufactured beauty, while residing in Italy.
