Available Positions
Customer Support Team Roles
We are looking for someone to join our customer service operations across phone, email, and digital channels
Key Responsibilities
- Help with daily customer service operations across phone, email, and digital channels
- Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Help to monitor response times and customer satisfaction to maintain service level targets
Product & Technical Support
- Provide advice and support on aquarium equipment, including filtration, lighting, and aquatic systems
- Use product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist the team in resolving technical product queries
Aquatic knowledge or experience is helpful BUT NOT essential as full training will be provided.
