Customer Support Team Roles

We are looking for someone to join our customer service operations across phone, email, and digital channels

Key Responsibilities

• Help with daily customer service operations across phone, email, and digital channels
• Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately
  
• Help to monitor response times and customer satisfaction to maintain service level targets

Product & Technical Support

• Provide advice and support on aquarium equipment, including filtration, lighting, and aquatic systems
  
• Use product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  
• Assist the team in resolving technical product queries
  

Aquatic knowledge or experience is helpful BUT NOT essential as full training will be provided.
