The Delivery Process
The Delivery Process
Step 1: Order processing
Once packed, your order is handed to our specialist freight network.
Step 2: Scheduling your slot
The local depot will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Deliveries are usually between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Step 3: The lorry arrives
Your order arrives on an HGV with a tail lift. The driver will safely lower the pallet to the ground.
