An aquarium heater will provide an accurate, constant warm temperature for your tank. The submersible heater can be fully submerged, which means that you pre-set the temperature, tuck them behind the decor, then plug the heater in. A commonly used rule of thumb states that you will need roughly five watts of power to heat one gallon of water or 1-2 watt per litre.
