Had Fantastic service from Charterhouse. I needed a new cannister filter and decided to use this company as they had the quickest delivery time and used DPD Couriers, so I knew it would arrive on time. They didn't disappoint, the unit arrived bang on time. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates on the delivery status. I have an 80L tank and its tanking time to reach accepted CO2. 4 days in but so far easy to set up, runs how expected. I would recommend checking all seals are fitted correctly as mine were not and ended up with a leak.

I can't fault the filter/uv light, replaced a faulty old unit and was very efficient delivery and ordering process. The only thing I would suggest, is editing the item description to mention that the unit has 2 plugs!! As this isn't mentioned or evident from the pictures.
