Ordered a juwel helialux spectrum light from Charterhouse Aquatics delivery was exactly to the time frame estimated i emailed for a quick progress update near the estimated delivery date and received a phone call and an email as confirmation delivery was on schedule I couldn't fault the service and quality of product once received these guys offer quality, efficiency and great all round customer service 😀 I will be using Charterhouse for future orders Very happy 😊

Struggled getting live mysis from my normal supplier - a few click later and less than 24hrs later..... 7 bags of live mysis for my seahorses! Efficient, competitively priced and the slickest ordering to "boot" - to be honest I'm considering swapping over full time if my regular supplier lets me down again. Fab & would order again from Charterhouse Aquatics any day of the week!

Excellent company with super fast delivery on my new aquarium! Delivery driver very helpful also helping me get it into the house! I chose not to add middle door on the cabinet and add baskets this is not how the juwel Rio comes as standard & also I changed the bulb!

Online order. Everything was clear and easy to understand with ordering. Biomaster 2 was delivered quickly and well packaged. I did have a query over the piping. I called the contact line which was answered immediately 👍. The guy I spoke to solved my query straight away in simple A,B,C walkthrough step. Great experience and will be back. Paul
