I couldn't believe how much cheaper they where compared to every other retailer, didn't have item in stock but allowed me to order it and it would be sent when new stock arrived. Arrived quicker than estimated and in a strong box. My go to place for aquatic products from now on.

The purchase of the pico tank was very easy. From navigating the website to the final purchase.
It was good to see that everything to do with the packaging from Charterhouse was recyclable, including the tape.
The tank was as expected, excellent. Unfortunately the packaging on the tank was covered with sellotape and had to be removed before putting in the recycling bin.
