This high-performance DC return pump is designed as a universal solution for circulation and current in both freshwater and marine aquaria. The pump is a magnetically coupled current unit with a fully encapsulated synchronous motor and salt-water resistant materials. It runs on a safe 24 V DC supply (transformer included) and is suitable for installation fully submerged or out of the water.
The included controller sits between the power supply and pump to adjust output levels. Power is changed with +/- buttons and indicated by LEDs; a FEED button pauses output for 10 minutes and an automatic shut-off protects the unit if no water is detected for 2 minutes. Control and programming are available manually via the controller, remotely via a smartphone or tablet app, or through a 0-10 V connection for external systems. An optional extension cable is available to lengthen the pump-to-controller connection.
