I am buying a replacement...
Aquael Ultra Heater 100w
I am buying a replacement of this product, not because it has failed, but it has been keeping my terrapins warm for several years now and presumably it will need replacing one day. It is an excellent heater, reasonably priced, it lies on the bottom, it puts up with rough treatment from large terrapins, it is very easy to alter the temperature in the built-in thermostat, which it maintains from one end of a large tank to within a degree or two and it is completely self-contained. I have used many heaters over the years and this is the best. I have also bought a 150 watt heater of the same make and design which I will use in a larger pool at a later date.
