All-in-one reef keeping made simple. This 4-part system delivers essential trace elements found in natural seawater, organic and inorganic micronutrients, and amino acids in one convenient set—everything needed to maintain a thriving, colorful modern reef aquarium. Built on a unique proportional consumption formula used by Akil from Euro Corals, it balances KH (carbonate hardness) and Ca (calcium) so corals grow faster, color up, and stay stable with minimal testing.

10ml × 100 liters will raise 1 dKH


Preparation & Dosing:
Ready-to-use, 4 equal parts liquid. Dose by hand or, ideally, with a calibrated 4-head dosing pump (SPS-dominant systems especially benefit). If using 3 heads, combine equal parts of KH1 and KH2 in one container and multiply that combined dose by 2. Keep tubing lengths equal, calibrate pumps every 6 months, dose equal parts with 10–15 minutes between heads (KH1 → CAL → KH2 → MAG), and spread daily dosing into multiple events.


Dosage: Dose equal parts to keep KH between 7.2–8.5 dKH; calcium will track proportionally. For the first 2 weeks, dose equal parts to keep calcium stable at 380–420 ppm, then fine-tune to find your ideal KH. Example: if calcium trends down at KH 7.5, slightly raise dosing to hold ~7.7 and recheck; if calcium trends up

at KH 8, slightly lower dosing to hold ~7.8. No shaking or magnetic stirrer required.

Refill-Friendly Preparation (for canister make-up):

  • Use a clean 5-liter canister with a clear 5-liter mark
  • Warm osmosis water (35–40°C) speeds dissolving for KH1-R and KH2-R; rinse bottles 2–3 times
  • For CAL-R1 & CAL-R2, add both to the same canister and fill to the 5-liter mark
  • For MAG-R, fill to the 5-liter mark with osmosis water
  • Mix 30 seconds; let sit 1 hour before use

Precaution:
Avoid additional amino acids or mixed trace products—everything is already included by proportional consumption (except solid food). Store in the dark, away from direct light. Refrigeration is not required; keep in a cool place.

  • Shake vigorously and empty all the content of BASE KH1-R in a 5-liter clean and empty canister with a 5-liter guide mark. The 5-liter guide mark is important!
  • Fill 25% of the BASE KH1-R bottle with warm osmosis water, close the cap and shake vigorously, then empty it into the 5-liter canister. Repeat 2-3 times till no salt is left in the BASE KH1-R bottle.
  • Heat sufficient osmosis water using a microwave to fill the canister precisely till the 5-liter mark. The ideal temperature for the total preparation should be between 35-40°C for easy dissolving.
  • Close the canister and mix for 30 seconds. Repeat if it’s needed till it’s completely dissolved.
  • Let it sit to cool for 1 hour, and you can start using it.
