Sponges do best kept in aquariums that are not skimmed. They need to be kept in shady positions with a very good water flow. Sponges are intensive feeders and we recommend adding a good quality filter feeder food daily. It is all extremely important to never take a sponge out of water as this will kill it instantly. When unpacking submerge the bag and cut to avoid any contact with air bubbles.
