Charterhouse Carbon is a high performance activated carbon that absorbs organic waste products, ozone colours and medications.
Our PH Neutral Carbon will not cause a load of phosphate to your aquarium. Being a highly compacted pellet Charterhouse Carbon is very resistant to mechanical stress, often seen as carbon ages in your aquarium or when used in a reactor.
Charterhouse Carbon is suitable for use in both internal and external filters, fluidised reactors or any area of high flow.
Add approximately 100ml of Carbon per 100l of aquarium water and replace when you see visible signs of the media being exhausted or the your water clarity worsens.
